This includes goldwork, finishing and craftsmanship on 14, 18kt gold and palladium jewelry. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your Renaissance jewelry, please return the jewelry back to the retailer where you purchased along with your original receipt. After Renaissance Diamonds Inc. receives the item we will either repair or replace your jewelry at our discretion. Please note that Renaissance does not warrantee jewelry that has been stolen, lost, or damaged due to negligence.
